So heute das Formular “Gesuch um Durchführung des Vorbereitungsverfahren der Eheschliessung oder Ausstellung eines Ehefähigkeitszeugnisses”* auf der Gemeinde Zurzach abgegeben. Da wir beide Heiraten wollen.
Da hat es schon Angefangen mit den “Problemen” und zwar "wo haben sie dieses Formular her". Auf jeden Fall nicht von der Gemeinde Zurzach. Ich habe ihr dann gesagt: dass dieses Formular von der Seite eda.admin.ch/Deinstleistungen/Zivilstandswesen (Seite der Schweizer Eidgenossenschaft) her habe. Das hat der Leiterin vom Zivilstandesamt gar nicht gepasst. Mit der Antwort. “Die Seite kennen wir und das ist keine offizielles Formular. Sie hat es dann aber trotz dem angenommen. Und dann gefragt wollen sie ihn wirklich heiraten ob wohl er 30 Jahre jünger ist als sie? Sie wollen doch nur das er in die Schweiz kommen kann. Wo haben sie Ihn kennengelernt.?” Ich habe ihr darauf keine Antwort gegeben. Sie verlangte dann von mir die ID und machte eine Kopie. Darauf sagte ich Ihr. Ich bringe am Nachmittag noch das andere Dokument. Welches ich vis a vis beim Fleckenbüro holen muss. Ihre Antwort: ”Wir brauchen keine weiteren Dokumente von Ihnen. Die ID reicht uns!”
Darauf fragte sie: ”Wie kommt er in die Schweiz?”. Ich gab ihr darauf die Antwort: ”Er beantragt ein Visum D und gibt den Reisegrund {Zwecks Heirat} an. So kommt er dann in die Schweiz.”. Antwort von Ihr:” ”Wenn er zuviel Geld hat. Bitte schön. Aber das wird nicht Bewilligt und geht nicht mehr so. Ich muss heute Nachmittag auf dem Fleckenbüro das Formular {Familiennachzugs gesuch} holen und dies gemeinsam mit Ihm ausfüllen und alle Dokumente die da aufgeführt sind beilegen und damit dann auf das Zivilstandesamt kommen. Sie werden dann die Daten und Dokumente kontrollieren und das Kontrollvisum anbringen. Danach muss ich das ganze vis a vis auf dem Fleckenbüro abgeben und sie werden das Formular und die Dokumente an das SEM senden. Danach bekommen sie vom SEM Bescheid, nach dem das SEM das Gesuch bewilligt hat wird er das Visum D zur Einreise bekommen. Bis dahin müssen wir einfach warten.”
”Wird das Gesuch abgelehnt gibt es auch keine Heirat!” Da war ich paff.
Darauf meinte sie nur, sollte es sich herausstellen dass es sich nur um eine Scheinheirat handelt wird er kein Visum bekommen und eine Heirat bis auf weiters nicht möglich sein.
Darauf verabschiedete sie mich.
Das ist das ist das “Regionale Zivilstandesamt Zurzach”. Die meinen wohl auch. Das das Schweizerische Eheschliessungsrecht und was alles dazu gehört. Für alle Gemeinden und Ortschaften der Schweiz gelte ausser für die Gemeinde Zurzach und die Ortschaften die zur Gemeinde Zurzach gehören. Da sie “Ihr” eigenes Gesetzte bezüglich Eheschliessung und was alles dazu gehört haben und diese nur für die Gemeinde Zurzach gilt und nicht für den Rest der Schweiz!
Mein Rat. Heiratet in jeder anderen Gemeinde ausser der Gemeinde Zurzach und deren dazu gehörenden Ortschaften.

So heute das Formular B1730 “Familiennachzug, Nachzug von eingetragenen Partnerinnen/Partnern, Vorbereitung der Heirat” gemeinsam ausgefüllt. Er muss eine Kopie des Strafregiesterauszug des letzten Niederlassungsort von seinem Wohnort in Thailand bringen. Ebenso eine Kopie seines Reisepasses. Wobei ich eine Kopie davon gleich bei der Abgabe dieses Formulars mit abgebe. Da er mir mal ein Fotos seines Reisepasses gesendet hat.
Ich muss noch den Familienausweises beantragen. Dies auf dem Zivistandesamt und eine Kopie davon mit dem Formular B1730 abgeben.
Sowie, ich das Formular N18240 “Unterhaltsgarantie (gilt nicht für Besuchervisa) vom Oktober 2021” aus gefüllt habe und ebenfalls zusammen mit dem Formular B1730 abgebe. So nach dem Motto “Was jetzt schon abgegeben ist. Ist abgegeben.”
Er muss jetzt noch die Vollmacht für das “Vorbereitung der Heirat” und “Familiennachzug, Nachzug von eingetragenen Partnerinnen/Partnern – für das entsprechende Visa” Ausfüllen. Damit ich mit den Behörden Korrespondieren darf, auch mit seinen Daten/Personendaten/Familiendaten und seinen Dokumenten.
Er muss dann, wenn er zurück in Thailand ist. Das selbe Formular M-34-Ehe-2022 “Gesuch um Durchführung des Vorbereitungsverfahren der Eheschliessung oder Ausstellung eines Ehefähigkeitszeugnisses” auf der Botschaft in Bangkok auch noch Ausfüllen. Sowie diverse Dokumente beibringen – etwa drei Mal soviel, wie ich es musste. Ebenso hat er das Vorbereitungsgespäch auf der Botschaft. Danach sendet die Botschaft die Dokumente und Formulare auf dem Diplomatischen Weg an das Zivilstandesamt Zurzach.
Danach habe ich dann noch das Vorbereitungsgespäch auf dem Zivilstandesamt Zurzach.

So heute bin ich mit meinem Akaphat in das Restaurant Hecht in Winkel bei Bülach ZH essen gegangen. Der Gutschein von CHF 100.00 eingelöst werden musste bevor er am 24.01.2025 verfällt.

Habe heute das Formular “Vorbereitung der Heirat” auf dem Zivilstandsamt Zurzach abgegeben und die "Bestätigung, der Einreichung eines Gesuches um Vorbereitung der Eheschliessung" Formular 80e_11_01_03 mit Stand 01.07.2022 erhalten. Die restlichen Formulare und Dokumente kann ich erst abgeben, wenn er mir die ausgefüllte Vollmacht unterschrieben übergibt zum abgeben und den Strafregiesterauszug von Thailand zugesendet hat. Damit ich diese Dokumente habe und dann kann ich diese restlichen Formulare und Dokumente abgeben.
Er muss jetzt, wenn er zurück in Thailand ist auf die Botschaft gehen und sich erkundigen, welche Dokumente sie benötigen und Formular B1730 “Familiennachzug, Nachzug von eingetragenen Partnerinnen/Partnern, Vorbereitung der Heirat” Ausfüllen und danach das Vorbereitungsgespräch , ebenfalls auf der Botschaft haben. Danach sendet die Botschaft alle Dokumente und die Formulare auf dem Diplomatischen Weg an das Zivilstandsamt Zurzach. Seine Dokumente und Formulare müssen alle von Thailändisch auf English Übersetzt werden und Beglaubigt werden. Was alles kostet. Danach geht es mit mir weiter und ich habe ebenfalls das Vorbereitungsgespräch auf dem Zivilstandsamt Zurzach.
Ich rechne mit Kosten inkl. Visa, Dokumente(n) Übersetzung, Beglaubigung und Flug von ca. CHF 1'000.00 - CHF 1'200.00. Dazu kommen dann noch die kosten vom Zivilstandsamt Zurzach von CHF 300.00 - CHF 400.00.

Haben wir eine 5 Zimmer Wohnung direkt unter mir gemeinsam angesehen. Da meine aktuelle Wohnung für 2 Personen zu klein ist und man im Schlafzimmer kein Doppelbett stellen kann egal ob es die Masse 200 x 140 cm oder 200 x 160 cm oder 200 x 180 cm hat.
Welche im eigentlich gefällt. Habe dann Kontakt mit der Verwaltung aufgenommen. Bezüglich Vertrag und Einzug.
Die Verwaltung machte mir dann den Vorschlag. Ich solle die Wohnung neben mir nehmen. Im anderen Haus. Die hat zwar nur 4 Zimmer, ist aber so gross wie die 5 Zimmer Wohnung unter mir. Ebenso hat die 4 Zimmer Wohnung auch drei Fach verglaste Fenster und nicht nur 2 Fach verglaste Fenster. Wobei sie noch einen neuen Kühlschrank bekommt und einen Geschirrspüler hat sie auch. Sie kostet im Monat CHF 1'400.00 inkl. Nebenkosten. Sie kostet das selbe wie die 5 Zimmer Wohnung. Nur einziger hacken bei der 5 Zimmer Wohnung ist, dass man da keinen Korridor hat um in die Zimmer zu gelangen. Man muss durch die anderen Zimmer gehen. Als Beispiel: Wenn man in das 5 Zimmer möchte muss man durch die anderen Zimmer. Da es einen Schlauch ist und durch 3 Häuser geht.

Habe die 4 Zimmer Wohnung besichtigt und das Anmelde Formular dazu bekommen.
Er sollte eigentlich ebenfalls dieses Anmelde Formular ausfüllen. Was er zeitlich nicht machen konnte.
Mal schauen was jetzt die Verwaltung macht und ob wir die 4 Zimmer Wohnung bekommen.
Bezüglich Heirat hat er mir heute die unterschriebene Vollmacht gegeben. Er wird am 01. oder 02. Februar 25 auf die Botschaft gehen und mal fragen, welche Dokumente er braucht von den etwa 12 Aufgelisteten.
Ebenso will er einen Intensiv Deutschkurs besuchen um Deutsch zulernen. Dies will er wenn es geht am Goethe Institut in BKK machen. Ich werde ihm dafür Geld senden. Sowie Geld für die diversen Dokumente, zum übersetzten und beglaubigen. Die er braucht, um bei mir zu heiraten auf dem Zivilstandsamt.

So heute haben wir beide nach diversen Koffer umpacken. Nach ZRH gebracht. Da sie um 14:35 mit Emirates (A380-800) nach Dubai fliegen und da etwa 6 Stunden Aufenthalt haben und dann mit einem anderen A380-800 der Emirates nach BKK fliegen. Sie werden am 31.01.25 zuhause sein.

So today I handed in the form “Application for the implementation of the preparatory procedure for marriage or the issuing of a certificate of capacity to marry”* to the municipality of Zurzach. Because we both want to get married.
That's when the "problems" started, namely "where did you get this form from?" Definitely not from the municipality of Zurzach. I then told her that I got this form from the website eda.admin.ch/Deinstleistungen/Zivilstandswesen (the Swiss Confederation's website). The head of the civil registry office didn't like that at all. She replied, "We know the website and it's not an official form." But she accepted it anyway. And then she asked if you really want to marry him even though he's 30 years younger than you? You just want him to be able to come to Switzerland. Where did you meet him?" I didn't answer her. She then asked me for my ID and made a copy. I then told her that I would bring the other document in the afternoon. Which I have to pick up from the local authority across the street. Her answer: "We don't need any more documents from you. The ID is enough for us!"
She then asked: "How does he get to Switzerland?" I answered: "He applies for a D visa and states the reason for his trip {to get married}. That's how he gets to Switzerland." Her answer: "If he has too much money. Fine. But that won't be approved and won't work anymore. I have to get the form {family reunification request} from the local authority this afternoon and fill it out with him and attach all the documents listed there and then take it to the civil registry office. They will then check the data and documents and attach the control visa. Then I have to hand everything in face to face at the local authority and they will send the form and documents to the SEM. Then they will get a notification from the SEM that after the SEM has approved the application, he will get a D visa to enter the country. Until then, we just have to wait."
"If the application is rejected, there will be no marriage!" I was stunned.
She then said that if it turns out that it is just a sham marriage, he will not get a visa and a marriage will not be possible for the time being.
Then she said goodbye to me.
This is the “Regional Civil Registry Office of Zurzach”. They probably think so too. That the Swiss marriage law and everything that goes with it applies to all communities and towns in Switzerland except for the community of Zurzach and the towns that belong to the community of Zurzach. Because they have “their” own laws regarding marriage and everything that goes with it and this only applies to the community of Zurzach and not to the rest of Switzerland!
My advice. Get married in any other community except the community of Zurzach and its associated towns.

So today we filled out form B1730 “Family reunification, reunification of registered partners, preparation for marriage” together. He has to bring a copy of the criminal record of the last place of residence from his place of residence in Thailand. Also a copy of his passport. I will hand in a copy of this when I hand in this form. Because he once sent me a photo of his passport.
I still have to apply for the family ID card. This at the civil registry office and hand in a copy of it with form B1730.
And I filled out form N18240 “Maintenance guarantee (does not apply to visitor visas) from October 2021” and also handed it in together with form B1730. So according to the motto “What has already been handed in is handed in.”
He now has to fill out the power of attorney for “preparation for marriage” and “Family reunification, reunification of registered partners - for the corresponding visa”. So that I can correspond with the authorities, including with his data/personal data/family data and his documents.
When he is back in Thailand, he must then fill out the same form M-34-Ehe-2022 “Application for the implementation of the preparatory procedure for marriage or the issuance of a certificate of capacity to marry” at the embassy in Bangkok. As well as provide various documents - about three times as many as I had to. He also has the preparatory interview at the embassy. The embassy then sends the documents and forms to the Zurzach civil registry office via diplomatic channels.
After that, I have the preparatory interview at the Zurzach civil registry office.

So today I went to eat with my Akaphat at the Hecht restaurant in Winkel near Bülach ZH. The voucher of CHF 100.00 had to be redeemed before it expires on January 24th, 2025.

Today I submitted the “Preparation for Marriage” form to the Zurzach registry office and received the “Confirmation of submission of an application for preparation for marriage” form 80e_11_01_03 as of July 1st, 2022. I can only submit the remaining forms and documents once he has given me the completed power of attorney signed to submit and sent me the criminal record extract from Thailand. So that I have these documents and then I can submit these remaining forms and documents.
Now, when he is back in Thailand, he has to go to the embassy and find out what documents they need and fill out form B1730 “Family reunification, reunification of registered partners, preparation for marriage” and then have the preparatory interview, also at the embassy. The embassy then sends all documents and forms via diplomatic channels to the Zurzach registry office. His documents and forms all have to be translated from Thai to English and certified. I expect costs including visa, document translation, certification and flight of around CHF 1,000.00 - CHF 1,200.00. Then there are the costs from the Zurzach registry office of CHF 300.00 - CHF 400.00.

We looked at a 5-room apartment directly below me together. My current apartment is too small for 2 people and you can't put a double bed in the bedroom, regardless of whether it's 200 x 140 cm or 200 x 160 cm or 200 x 180 cm.

The management then suggested that I take the apartment next to me. In the other building. It only has 4 rooms, but is as big as the 5-room apartment below me. I have viewed the 4-room apartment and received the registration form.
He was supposed to fill out this registration form as well. Which he didn't have time to do.
Let's see what the administration does now and whether we get the 4-room apartment.
Regarding marriage, he gave me the signed power of attorney today. He will go to the embassy on February 1st or 2nd, 25 and ask which documents he needs from the 12 or so listed.
He also wants to take an intensive German course to learn German. If possible, he wants to do this at the Goethe Institute in BKK. I will send him money for that. As well as money for the various documents to be translated and certified. That he needs to get married with me at the registry office.

So today we both repacked various suitcases. Took them to ZRH. Because they are flying to Dubai with Emirates (A380-800) at 2:35 p.m. and have a layover there for about 6 hours and then fly to BKK with another Emirates A380-800. They will be home on 01/31/25.
