My Akaphat arrived on January 1, 2025 and will stay until January 30, 2025, after which he

wants to come back and stay forever.

The plan would have been for him to arrive around May 15, 2025 and stay forever. At the moment,

WE ARE WAITING for the answer from MIKA.

On June 20, 2025, the MIKA issued a REJECTION with the simple and general reason. That WE both have a “FAKE MARRIAGE” This without WE both already being MARRIED! A detailed justification and detailed statement costs me CHF 150.00. Which in my opinion is totally out of place and you need legal protection and/or a lawyer. Who can deal with the German lawyer.

My Akaphat wants to come back to me between September 15 and October 29, 2025, and stay for 45 days. Which won't happen!

He is currently waiting for the 45-day visa so he can then book the appropriate flights...
